T SHIRT FAQs
We're all working towards a more ethical and sustainable world. As a company, we're committed to making sure that everything we do is carried out ethically, and we expect no less from our suppliers.
We all have a right to a safe and healthy work environment, a living wage, a legally binding contract. We all have a right to be free from discrimination and harassment, to join - or not to join - a labour union, to choose our work freely. We all have a right to fair and reasonable working hours. And our children have a right to go to school.
Continental Clothing Co. has adopted a robust policy with regard to the following minimum social responsibility criteria:
- No use of child labour
- No use of forced labour
- Safe and healthy working conditions
- Legal labour contracts
- Payment of living wage
- Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
- No discrimination against employees
- No excessive hours of work
Fakinel are dedicated to operating under ethical and environmentally friendly practices during our production processes, only using Continental t shirts.

We're very open about our commitment to this ethics and environmental policy. If you'd like to email us suggesting how we could improve further, email us email@example.com.
We operate a no nonsense returns policy on all our goods.
All our products are print on demand merchandise, which is to say we do not sell from stock, but always to order.
So if you order a 5XL t shirt in orange, then that's what we will make for you, Jaffa Boy.
Unless otherwise clearly stated, all the garments are true to the size stated in the provided guide charts.
If in doubt, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll help solve the puzzle.
All our products are made from the best very raw materials, which is why we steadfastly focus on organic cottons, vegans inks, hell - even the packaging is plastic free - which explains why we don't sell promotional quality junk for half the price, as seen on eBay.
When your product is made, and then quality control checked, that's by an actual human being, earning above minimum wage, right here in Great Britain.
We don't provide any crazy guarantees, because wearing t shirts is generally a contact sport. You know not to boil or tumble dry stuff, because people who shop with Fakinel.com are not daft.
We look after people that subscribe to our mailing list by sending them zero junk, only occasional discount codes.
Should you simply change your mind, or realize that you have ordered the incorrect item, that is something we cannot guarantee to assist with, however we will do our very best to fix things - we're not monsters.
All the designs at Fakinel are either original designs or royalty free stock image designs purchased for the purpose of t-shirt sales.
Where designs feature a previously existing image it is our belief that the source image is a public domain work or has been significantly altered to the extent that it renders the adapted design an original work. All the images used in our designs have been found freely available from numerous sources on the internet.
Some of these images have been released to promote certain films, television shows and celebrities and as such we believe that their use as inspiration for t-shirt designs only add to that promotion by allowing fans to wear their favourites and share their passions with the world.
We have made every effort to not duplicate designs for films, shows and celebrities where official merchandise is already readily available. We try to provide fan merchandise that is not available anywhere else, inspired by more niche and obscure elements.
We don’t claim any official licence and don’t deliberately feature any registered trademarks. Any featured names are for illustration purposes only and do not imply any endorsement or official support. Should you feel that a design featured on the site infringes upon your own trademark or features an image or quote to which you hold the copyright or licence then please provide details via our contact form and any offending designs will be removed. We can’t always get it right, but will do everything in our power to correct any errors when they are made known to us.
